I have the same issue. I tried clearing the cookies, private browsing mode and different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) but nothing worked.
I see there is a JavaScript error. It expects data back from the server, but I checked - the server sends nothing back. I assume that something crashes server side.
I believe this happens to older accounts. I guess older accounts lack a database value or something. :(

EDIT: I read that creating a new account works, but a Cry employee said not to do that, they will delete duplicate accounts. Also I don't want to get a new email address just to create a new account.
