Can you not drive the car or he will not sit in the car when driving ?

if he will not enter try
Make sure the Driver_enter_helper is in the right position.
In Console Variables Under Help Use V_draw_helpers to enable helper
Then using the vehicle editor position the Driver_enter_helper.

if he won't position in car after enter sit driver_seat_pos

And there is no Mannequin setup for thg vehicle so theres is no enter or sit or steering anim.
look at the botton of the hmmwv.xml

In Console Variables search V_ for vehicle debug and stuff.
