How do you access a project with a group of developers, without having to share a single account?

A handful of developers, friends of mine met through a large platform called Roblox have spread the news of cryengine and a bunch of us, myself included decided to get in on this project.

I just signed up a few minutes ago and am already wondering, how developers can be able to work on a project together, without having to share a single account?

hi! actually you may use usual Git for sharing project with team (with friends) and develop games together!

I use git https://git-scm.com/ for local repository
Install it on Raspbian on Raspberry Pi 3 (you may use own PC for this or even cheap VPS server if you wish)
then you better run ssh-keygen on every pc that will be in team and append all generated ssd-key into ssh-keys on git-server (RPI3 in my case, ) see for more info (https://firstvds.ru/technology/dobavit-ssh-klyuch)
it's important to add ssh-keys to allow working fine with https://desktop.github.com/ tool, otherwise you got an error on trying to pushing something into server's repo

I may say one thing about this
the editing of same level with several ppl in same time it painfull ( even if you working with separate layers(*.lyrs) I got some issues, because editor(sandbox) doing very garbage serialization on every little step I mean it change a lot files
but working with code is fine with git
I think the editing of the level/map will be fine too, but if you are do not working on same level in same time
