Re: What are you working on?
#76Nice stuff you´ve been working on!![]()
Meanwhile I´ve been doing some stuff for Noises of the Zone.
1. Character: Sculpting, Retopo, UV unwrap is done. Rigging in progress. After that: In engine test. After that texturing (I hope that the corrected substance shader arrives before I start texturing

2. I bought Bitmap2Material this summer on steam so I´m the anchor point in the team in terms of converting bitmaps into good looking materials. I´m not perfect but I´m working on it:
Re: What are you working on?
#77messing with displacement. I found the terrain decals useful for exaggerating/faking specular highlights from the sun as well.

Re: What are you working on?
#78Hair-Z is a 3ds Max to Z-Brush pipeline plugin. It turns hair&fur modifier splines into geometry in a more efficient way than raw sweep modifier.
If you prefer styling hair in 3ds Max in order to create character hair base mesh you might find this little utility useful.
Re: What are you working on?
#79Nice work everyone, this Hair-Z looks interesting. Here is something I found quite interesting. It's a little empty warehouse.
