It looks like everything that is required is there. It could indicate a setting or other problem with your windows account or installation.
To make sure, please try this:
- Press start and type File Explorer Options, then open the application that is shown.
- At the top click the tab "View" and verify that "Hide extensions for known file types" is not ticked.
- Then create a file with the extension .cryproject anywhere, such as the desktop and right-click the file.
You should have all the available options.
