Is your project based on the GameSDK, or on one of the templates? If it's based on the GameSDK you don't generate the solution in this way, because the GameSDK code is part of the engine. Instead you would have to get the source code from Github and compile this instead. You can also get the binaries from the marketplace by getting the archived GameSDK version.
If you're not using the GameSDK it looks like there's something wrong with your .cryproject file because the value for the code folder seems to be wrong.

This error means that the 'Code' attribute of the cryproject file is empty. This can be the case with the GameSDK Project as the code is provided with the engine source code, rather than the project, no no 'Code' folder is defined in the cryproject file.
