Payout Information [Internal Servor Error]

Hi, As title says, everytime I tick the agree, then click on save and submit blue button, I get this error 'Internal servor error'

All information is filled out correctly I don't understand why it won't let me Submit an Asset to the marketplace.

I also just tried again in Chrome , same thing.

Is the issue still occurring?
You may want to contact marketplace@cryengine.com
Additional information may be required which you don't want to necessarily
share with the whole community.

thanks Chris, the issue is currently being resolved via my bank side of things, then I try activate on a alt PC see that works

You're welcome,
another thing that came in my mind is if you would have a script blocker/Add blocker enabled on both Opera and chrome.
Did the issue get resolved?

I tried again with add blocker disabled/ still the same message unfortunately, idk y this is (internal error) is happening, actualy annoying as to fact the Cryengine market place is missing out on some nice assets from me due to this silly problem with the webpage. It still may be my banks end's issue, have to check that.

Can you let us know if you are still experiencing this issue?
If you are please send an email to the above mentioned address: marketplace[at]cryengine.com with your username and the email you are registered with on the website.
Perhaps the country you used was not available via our payment service also, so please include that in the email.
