New install on fresh Windows 10 install. I installed "ce-launcher.exe." I then double clicked the created shortcut "CRYENGINE Launcher." 4 new threads start "CRYENGINE_Launcher.exe." That's it. Nothing on screen. No errors. I've un-installed and re-installed the launcher. Now what?

Can you make sure to install the Launcher with Administrator Rights?
Please also make sure you have the x86 and x64 C++ 2015 Runtime Redist packages from Microsoft available here.
You could also make sure your Anti-Virus is not preventing installation by temporarily disabling it.

I don't have those? I installed to the default directory using "Run as administrator" on both the installer and launcher.

Those missing folder got me thinking. My windows account is "#IDGAF" with a pound symbol. I made a new account without special characters and it works. I guess the launcher doesn't like special characters?
