Number of members drastically increased.(?)

I follow CryEngine since some time now and there is something I´m curious about.
When I first looked into the new forums on february the "registered user" count was at c.a 5k
Now in April it´s 26k users.
Is this real?
If yes - it would be a great achievement -(achieved with Cryengine - haha
)- and
it would show that CE is getting now some of the attention it deserves!
