Sandbox plugins building

Hi. I have some idea for plugin that I would like to build and then submit to the marketplace. BUT, as far as I know Sandbox plugins can be only built using engine compiled from source, which is fine, I use it anyway. But my question is.. If I want to submit it to the marketplace later on, so people can download it through the launcher and enjoy it, do they have to build it again? Or is it saved into some .dll library like with game plugins, and can be used freely (because that's what PLUG-IN word essentially stands for)?
Note, that I am talking about SANDBOX plugin, not regular Game plugin. Thanks.

Sandbox plugins are indeed DLL binaries. they are located inside t he Sandbox plugins directory, any DLL file here is attempted to be loaded by Sandbox automatically.
