Pixel Depth effect on static geometry

We got an interesting effect Terrain Object Blending, but in UE4 similar can be obtained, by mixing not only the geometry with the landscape, but you can mix the geometry with another geometry. I would very much like to see a slider in the shader settings Illum which would create the same effect.
