Accessing the 5.4.0 Preview 3 Release
- Go to https://github.com/CRYTEK/CRYENGINE/rel ... 0_preview3
- Download CRYENGINE_preview_220.127.116.11_pc.zip
- Unzip it somewhere and open the directory “CRYENGINE_preview_18.104.22.168_pc”
- Double-click on “InstallEngine.bat"

Vulkan Support in CRYENGINE
We are very pleased to lannounce that we now have some documentation for Vulkan support in CRYENGINE. We will continue to add to our Rendering documentation over the coming months.
Also, we started working on your pull-requests and you can watch this space to stay on top of that. If you want to submit a pull request of your own, please follow these steps.

New: Added Listener Component and fixed Listener for ModelViewPort.
Tweaked: Updated Wwise SDK to v2017.1.0 build 6302.
Tweaked: Updated FMOD Studio API to version 1.09.06.
Refactored: Save/Load Entity Component members when going in and out of game mode - to prevent Setter nodes or user code modifying properties that were not supposed to be changed.
Fixed: 'Open Editor' icon not appearing next to particle fields.
Fixed: Inability to specify material for Geometry Components.
Tweaked: Improve markup of license.md.
Fixed: Engine would silently start without project folder and/or assets - now shows errors to the user.
Tweaked: Sign CMake binaries and DLLs.
Graphics and Rendering
Fixed: Random seed not being exposed to UI spawn parameters.
Fixed: (Prefab) Prefab properties don't hot reload after using undo.
Fixed: Issues with undoing folder layer creation, including a potential crash.
Fixed: (UI) All colors set to black (in Preferences) after registering Engine.
Fixed: Occasional crash when rapidly docking and undocking windows.
Thanks for your tremendous support and dedication, CryENGINEERS! Please keep in mind that this is still an experimental release and that you have to back up your projects before toying around with it. It's not proven in production, yet, so you shouldn't apply it to in-production games. Any feedback you are having, please check out this Official 5.4 PREVIEW dedicated Feedback Thread. Additional help can be found in our documentation, here.
If the engine crashes, please consider sending a crash report via the pop-up.
Don't forget to let us know what happened before it crashed in the notes - that helps us identifying issues quicker and addressing them faster; making for a more stable version for everybody in the next release.
