I am currently playing around with floating physics objects on the water surface. It floats quite fine but the water leaks inside my boat. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this problem?

That is obv a water occulsion problem, what I would do is redesign the boat with raised floor? or increase size of boat then effect not be as noticable until a fix is available.

in the newer versions of cryengine you can use a collision box
