GameSDK 5.5 vehicles physics controls not right compared to GameSDK 5.2 .

#1
GameSDK 5.5 vehicles controls are a bit messed up compared to GameSDK 5.2.
If you hold the turbo Key <Shift> and Press the Handbreak Key <Space> the vehicles wheelie or jumps and does a back flip ?.
This does not happen in GameSDK 5.2? .

I known GameSDK 5.5 is unmaintained.
I would like to use the vehicles physics in 5.5 How would i resolve this Problem?.

My plan was to compair the code from 5.2 and ajust in 5.5.

I am a noob when it comes to this i known the basics.

But I am unable the generate a solution.
The code folder has not been specified in the project file!

"code": [ "" ],
So made a code folder and updated the GameSDK.cryproject
"code": [ "Code" ],

so i generate a solution again and nothing Cmd box pops up and closes no errors but no solution generated in the code folder?

Is there no code for the SDK ?

Thanks in advance

Hi,
Did you modify something in your gameSDK 5.5 ?
It's probably not exactly your problem but can you show the physics with "p_draw_helpers 1" (console)
We will able to see what the mass box/wheel are doing.
Untouched GameSDK 5.5 with Untouched vehicles .
The mass box/wheels stay in the right place ?.

There is a samplebike Vehicle in SDKgame 5.5 what is not in 5.2.

So i think that the code may have been changed in an attempt to make the bike wheelie maybe
?.
Theres just no code / solution that i can find .

Ok,
If you have not started your work on 5.5 and you have nothing to transfer I advise you to go directly to see how it works in 5.6.
Perhaps this will resolve your concerns. And this will allow us to better help you if they are still present.

Otherwise it is possible to make very numerous modifications on vehicles from .XML
I created an entire futuristic racing game using only .XML and flowgraph.
We should be able to adjust certain parameters to make your vehicle react as you want.
If I understood correctly, is it when you press the boost and the handbrake at the same time?
