how can i make a rigidbodyex no spin out of control.

ive tried constraining them but then i can not rotate it.

i need it to rotate on all 3 axis but not out of control when action impulse is applied.

end result is to have a space ship model fly around 3rd person view it cant be locked to a line IT IS NOT FOR A SIDECROLLER, BUT 3RD PERSON VIEW GAME AND NEEDS TO MOVE ON ALL AXISES
