You can change the fog color in Environments Editor.
There is no fog option there. There is in CE3 but not in CE5. Any suggestions?

In the Environment Editor under Advanced you have 3 settings:
-ocean fog color
-ocean fog color multiplier
-ocean fog density.
If you open level editor then go down to ocean there is:
-ocean material
-caustic depth
-caustic intensity
-caustic tiling
Also in level settings there is ocean animation with:
-wind direction
-wind speed
-waves amount
-waves size

Checked with 5.3.4 and 5.4 preview 6 and all these settings are there. You should be able to make the ocean you are looking for with these settings.
