I am having problem with character animations behaving differently from as it should and in preview

Heres the mannequin setup
It seems like the feet and legs are being glued to the ground and the animation in mannequin and in game is not playing as it is in character tool.
i have tried to assign it to jump as well,but the animation doesnt play the same still.
Any tips to resolve this would be highly appreciated! Thankyou!
