Character animation problem in character tool and mannequin

Hi all,

I am having problem with character animations behaving differently from as it should and in preview

This is what it originally looks like when i have the animation imported from 3dsmax into charactertool:

This is what turns out when i plug the animation into the context 3p, melee, rifle

Heres the mannequin setup




It seems like the feet and legs are being glued to the ground and the animation in mannequin and in game is not playing as it is in character tool.
i have tried to assign it to jump as well,but the animation doesnt play the same still.

Any tips to resolve this would be highly appreciated! Thankyou!
