Animation from 3ds max export problem

How to reset root bip01? I export the animation through Crymaxexport. When the animation is played, the character falls under the waist and turns 90 degrees. 3ds Max file, Sceleton_player_generic taken from samples asset. Read that the root skeleton should have Nolevye transformation. In the scene at the root of the skeleton position Z 98 centimes, and rotate 90 around Z. He himself is facing the y-axis face. I think the problem is because of that. How do I reset the transformation so that the skeleton remains in place?? Or what I need to do, to get good animation?
