How to fix "Replace me" texture for Flash asset (gfx files)

I'm making the menu, everything works properly in Flash. Then I convert the swf file into gfx file (using gfxexport.exe),
the result I got after using gfxexport is:
  1. MainMenu.gfx
  2. MainMenu_I1.tga
  3. MainMenu_I1A.tga
    ... a dozen of tga items...
  4. MainMenu_IE.tga
Note: These textures I use in Adobe Flash is png files.

But when I run the game, I just got a lot of error texture "Replace me" Image Also I don't understand why the screen is move to the left (so you can see a black area on the right)

How can I fix it?

The texture images needs to be DDS. Add -I DDS as command line to the target properties on the GFXExport shortcut.
Thanks, but one important note: the command must be lower case -i dds, it's case sensitive.
