Light entity optimization

Hey guys!
I've got a optimization problem. I need to set a light's "diffuse multiplier" to 999. As you know it's a high value. It's "radius" will be 60 and "cast shadows" will be enabled.(And it's a point light)
I get fps drops. But not every time, intermittently.
Any advice?

Any reason as to why the Diffuse Multiplier needs to be 999?

There's a big explosion fire, that's why i set it to 999. Is there another method that you know?

Here it's, trying to optimize this scene and when i decrease the amount, it become something that's not as good as it was.

Does this happen with a single light? We would like to try to reproduce this if you can provide us some steps for a white-box level.
