Black shadow problem

Hello, from 2 days i have a shadow problem and i try to generate cubemap of environmentprobe more times,generating texture ,set the time of day but nothing change here below a screenshot this happen in-game and in editor too.

can you create a new environment probe in another map. if not then check to see if your antivirus is letting you create files.
I dont know the problem but you can provide an editor.log/game.log and dxdiag.txt files and hopefully someone with a little more knowledge can provide some insight.

Are you max memory at 2gb? Thats pretty low for game dev imo.

yes i can this problem happen after i opened editor in my notebook and then reopened with my desktop pc, i think something in my notebook corrupt level, but really i don't know what, creating i can create environment probe in other level, it's like my notebook produce this artifacts the only think i supposed is that my notebook videocard have some problem and this influence the editor, aniway im redoing my level from 0 this is really bad but ok i will lose some days. i just want to advise anyone using the 3.8.6 editor be careful don't pass the level from pc to another it could be dangerous. here down the log files:
