You can grab the Autodesk FBX SDK from the Autodesk site (FBX SDK 2015.1 VS2013): ... d=10775847

You may need to copy the files from the installation folder to the SDKs folder for the engine code.
In the CMake GUI, it should show the exact path it is looking at for the FBX SDK and you can adjust accordingly.

The sample plugin should already be a part of the sub projects of the Editor project in the plugins solution folder in Visual Studio.
