Okay, problem solved. Yes, navigation area covered the area I was interested in, but there is something I did wrong. I used more than one navmesh, and although one overlapped on top of the other, pathfinder does not function this way, which I wasn't aware of. So yeah, issue is solved. Do not use two nav meshes. To keep it consistent, there should be one

Unity can have mutliple navmesh, that's sad CryEngine doesn't support that.
