Best way to do movement system C#

I'm making an fps game and I can get a good movement system. I'm trying to use:
var move = new pe_action_move();
move.dir = impulse;
move.iJump = 2;

Entity.Physics.NativeHandle.Action(move);
But that doesn't work. Anything I am missing?

does physics setup complete? such as rigid, living,articulated.

another way is use transform. set position and rotation.

Did you physicalize the entity as a Living-entity? I think by default it physicalizes as Rigid, but for the move action it needs to be Living.
