5.5 MR - What is the best way to debug, edit and reload C# scripts ?

CE use Mono runtime for C# - so to debug it we have to use CE extension (by run C# scripts VS solution). VS don't support Edit and Continue for Mono so this instance don't allow to edit code while debugging (which in this case is a script and should be editable). So to edit it it's necessary to run other instance of VS and reload external changes of debug session of first instance VS. Also as I see very often is necessary to reload script in CE to see changes (e.g. when I change Schematic exposed method to see changes I need to use Debug/Reload Scripts/Reload Entity Scripts from CE too). From time to time Editor crashes in this way.

Do you know better way to do this ? CE do you have plans to improve this pipeline ?
