If you go into your file explorer to the project file, then right click the .cryproject, you can select the option to package build. This will generate a folder with the build and will include an exe.

You should be able to get the mesh through the gEnv->p3DEngine->LoadStatObj("Filepath");
That will retrieve an IStatObj* which you can then dig into and retrieve the IIndexedMesh which gives you access to the CMesh.
