Like the guy in the discussion mentioned, the main issue is not the limits that Crytek puts for the terms but the vague word...

A game is not simulation per say. I think they mean scientific simulation, medical usage simulations used by hospitals, military simulations used by the military etc... a racing simulation would not be impacted by the terms and conditions. Crytek wants a wide variety of games running on CRYENGINE. ...

Forgot to mention that my 1. concern also applies to this part of the terms: 7.2. Crytek shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement with three (3) months’ notice. So besides that they reserve the right to change the license at any moment, they also reserve the right to terminate the whole license...
