Ok, so I've just installed Cryengine on my Laptop to test the DPI compatibility settings. And I got some small improvement with the UI Scale.
As with my previous comments, follow those steps. Then after you've done that, you can copy the settings in the image.

From a first glance it looks like the Normal map's Green Channel needs inverting. CryEngine's swizzle coordinates for tangent space normal map's are X+Y-Z+.
